Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Let us know as soon as possible that you want to change or cancel your order. We will make the change or cancel the order if we have not shipped out your item(s).

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email once it is shipped out. You can also log into your Fest Threads account to check the status.

Where Do You Ship? And How Much Does it Cost?

As of Fall 2017, we ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to other countries and estimate that by Spring 2018, we will be ready to do so.

What is Your Return Policy?

Unworn, unwashed, and unused items with the tags still on them may be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt - no questions asked! Buyer must pay return shipping and original shipping will not be refunded. 

There are 1 EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

- Sale/clearance items can only be returned for store credit.

If you receive a damaged/defective item or the wrong item, you MUST contact us within 5 business days after receipt of goods or we cannot honor a return/exchange. Please inspect all items upon arrival. Why Are All of Your Size Charts Different?

In order to give our customers the greatest selection and best quality of clothing, we source our products from many different manufacturers. Please check the size chart of EACH item that you are ordering to ensure that it will fit you correctly. If an item does not have a size chart, that is because the manufacturer did not provide one to us. In those cases, go by these general size guidelines: small=4/6, medium=8/10, large=12/14.

What Festivals/Holidays Will You Have Merchandise For?

Our wide variety of seasonal merchandise covers the following holidays: Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Mardi Gras, St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, 4th of July, Halloween, Dia de Los Muertes, and Halloween. Music Festival styles will be available almost year round (mid-February all the way through the end of October).We will have everything you need to rock out Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC), Cali Roots, and all your other favorite music festivals! Additionally, we may offer selections for non-music related festivals such as Pride and Oktoberfest.  Be sure to check back, as inventory is regularly updated!

Can I only order online?

Ordering online is the quickest and most efficient to place an order. If you are not tech savvy or are experiencing any errors when placing an order, please send us an email or give us a call during our business hours of 9 am - 5 pm CST. Emails are the best mode of communication for us. Most of our products are also available on the Amazon marketplace.

Do You Offer a Gift Option? Do you Offer Gift Wrapping?

While we do not offer gift wrapping, we can put a note in the package for you and provide an invoice without a price OR no invoice at all. When you place your order, enter the additional details of your order in the "order notes" box.

Are You Looking for Models?

We are always looking for beautiful  faces to represent our brand! Please send some images and your hourly/project rate to festthreads@yahoo.com. You must live in the Austin, Texas area or visit often as we cannot pay for travel at this time.
